A PNP switching output and a four-pin M8 connector characterise the electrical version of the SICK WT150-P460. This miniature photoelectric sensor in the W150 series uses visible red LED light and background suppression. Transmitter and receiver are housed in the same rectangular enclosure; the sensor evaluates light reflected by the target. Background suppression is part of the optical detection principle of this type. The maximum sensing distance is 2 to 100 mm for a target with 90 percent reflectance, based on standard white according to DIN 5033. This reference value describes the measurement condition for the range specification and does not apply universally to every surface. A five-turn potentiometer adjusts the sensing range. The green LED indicates stability, while the orange LED signals an active output. On the WT150-P460, with shipping from Germany to the United States or other international destinations arranged for the specific order, light-on or dark-on switching can be selected via the L-/D control line. This sets the switching logic electrically. The connection diagram assigns pin 1 to supply L+, pin 2 to L-/D control, pin 3 to reference potential M and pin 4 to output Q. The supply is 10 to 30 V DC; current consumption without load is 20 mA. The PNP output is rated for a maximum of 100 mA. With a resistive load, response time is at most 0.5 ms. A switching frequency of 1,000 Hz applies at a light-dark ratio of 1:1. The 10 × 28 × 18 mm ABS housing has an IP67 protection rating; the operating temperature range is −25 to +55 °C.

How is the switching mode of the WT150-P460 selected?
Light-on and dark-on switching are selected via the L-/D control line. The sensing range is adjusted separately using a five-turn potentiometer.
What applies if an item develops a defect within 14 days?
For the condition categories “Used, removed from an installation” and “New, old stock”, the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect applies. The defect must occur within 14 calendar days after delivery and be reported in text form within the same period.
In particular, the REHA tamper-evident seal must remain fully intact and our RMA approval is required before return. In an accepted case, we decide between replacement and refund. Details in Section 11 of the Terms.
Which shipping methods and delivery times are available?
The shipping method, shipping cost and estimated delivery time are confirmed for the specific order. Depending on the item, destination and urgency, we can check parcel, express or freight shipping as well as collection.
A delivery date is binding only if we expressly confirm it as binding.
Which payment terms apply?
The payment terms stated in the checkout or order confirmation apply. Depending on the order and customer, payment is made in advance or against invoice.
International deliveries and deliveries to new customers are generally made against advance payment unless we expressly confirm another payment arrangement.
Can I return an item ordered incorrectly or found incompatible?
No. There is no general B2B right of return, exchange, cancellation or withdrawal. Incorrect or duplicate orders and a lack of suitability or compatibility with the customer’s installation are not covered by the contractual 14-day right of return in the event of a defect.
