Siemens 6SL3224-0BE31-1AA0 is a SINAMICS G120 PM240 Power Module for industrial three-phase drives. The power section operates from a three-phase supply with 380 to 480 V and 47 to 63 Hz. At 400 V, it provides a rated output of 15 kW in Low Overload duty or 11 kW in High Overload duty. The corresponding rated output currents are 32 A and 26 A, while a maximum output current of 52 A is documented for short-duration operation. This makes the module an unambiguously identifiable spare part for machines and systems whose existing SINAMICS-G120 configuration uses this exact PM240 version. A braking chopper and a class A filter are integrated. The pulse frequency is 4 kHz and the documented efficiency is 0.97.
